I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach and Belief Coding® Facilitator.
This (and a big old sack of life experience) has given me the tools to lead a more balanced life – with more energy and much less noise (most of the time because, well, life happens).
It has also given me the skills to help you start to thrive, overcome or just optimise whatever it is you want for yourself.
Wellbeing is about so much more than how we eat and move, which is why I take a holistic approach. Optimal wellbeing is about maintaining a balance between physical, mental and emotional health.
It took me teetering on the brink to appreciate this.
