Breathwork

This is a powerful yet gentle way to calm the nervous system, release built-up emotional tension and reconnect with a sense of clarity and ease. Guided breathwork sessions help you step out of the busy mind and into a more grounded, regulated state – where lasting change can begin.

Using carefully guided breathing techniques, these sessions support your nervous system to settle and your body to begin releasing stored emotional tension. From this place, people often experience a sense of lightness, clarity and a deeper connection to themselves.

There’s nothing you need to force and no right or wrong way to experience it. The process meets you where you are.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of space to reset, breathwork creates the conditions for real, lasting change – working beyond the mind and into the body, where so much is held.

Sessions are available 1:1 and in small groups and are always held in a safe, supportive environment.

Using a combination of traditional life coaching, EFT and Belief Coding®, we’ll cultivate empowering new habits and a mindset that supports your growth, helping you move forward with confidence and clarity toward the life you’ve always dreamed of.

PS. it’s not just for grown-ups: many teens and tweens develop limiting beliefs around self-esteem, anxiety, peer pressure and academic stress. By helping them uncover and reprogram these beliefs, I empower young individuals to better manage emotions, boost confidence and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

Tweens and Teens

Many children and teenagers today are carrying far more than we often realise.

Pressure at school, social dynamics, expectations and the constant background noise of modern life can leave them feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of themselves. Often, they don’t have the language – or the tools – to make sense of what’s going on inside.

This can show up as anxiety, lack of focus, low confidence, emotional outbursts or withdrawal.

These sessions are designed to gently support them through that.

We work at a subconscious level, so there’s no pressure to open up before they’re ready. No sense of being “fixed.”

Instead, the focus is on helping them feel safer in themselves, more confident in who they are and more able to handle life as it comes.

Everything is adapted to the individual, creating a space that feels calm, supportive and easy to step into – even for those who might be hesitant at first.
