Children: a special mention

Children in the modern era face a unique set of challenges that can impact their growth, wellbeing and future opportunities. From the pressures of social media and cyberbullying to academic stress, mental health struggles and the effects of a rapidly changing world, today’s youth must navigate a complex and often overwhelming environment. This is in addition to the more ‘traditional’ issues such as family instability, economic hardships and limited access to quality education.

These challenges are why I feel children need a special mention. My passion is to help as many teens and tweens overcome limiting beliefs around self-esteem, anxiety, peer pressure and academic stress. By helping them uncover and reprogram these beliefs, young individuals will feel empowered and develop healthier coping mechanisms to guide them into adulthood.
