A few years ago I reached a point in my life where I was a walking disaster. Brain fog, aches and pains, zero energy and sooooooo tired.
I got through every day on sugar, coffee and energy supplements.
Something had to change. My diet was atrocious, hydrating meant one glass of water and sleep was sporadic.
Qualifying and practising as a Nutritional Therapist and Certified Coach Practitioner not only gave me the tools to lead a healthier life, it highlighted how the smallest changes can have a huge impact on our health.
My experience has also shown me how many of us struggle to stick to basic healthy habits.

Your first module will open on Saturday 19th November, with a new module unlocked every Saturday after that, for five weeks.
The purpose of drip-feeding the content is so that you have time to bed in each habit before moving on to the next. It’s easy to want to do it all, but this can be overwhelming and will impact your chances of success.
At the end of the course, you will have access to all the materials, as well as any updates and future coaching sessions.

Every Saturday you will get access to that week’s materials, as well as a pre-recorded short video tutorial from me. This can be accessed on the go, in your own time.
The following Wednesday, I will go live and you’ll be able to join me to ask questions on that week’s topic. These sessions will be no longer than 30 minutes and you will have access to the recordings if you cannot make the coaching in real-time.
The course content is simple. I feel weird even sharing it with you. You very likely already know the “rules”. You’ve also probably tried and lived them in the past. Things like drinking water, what you eat, exercise …
The thing is, no matter how much we know these things, we often struggle to maintain these practises consistently. That’s where a coach, the rationale and a method come in.
You get access to me for five weeks, you get a community for even longer and you get given the tools to help make these good habits part of your life.
We are going to keep things really simple. I want you to thrive and I know that by taking small consistent steps we increase your chance of success.
The community will be in the form of a group on Facebook. Only people who have signed up for this course will have access to this group. Here, you will be surrounded by others on the same journey as you. This sisterhood is invaluable. Not only will you have access to any new teachings I share here, but you will also have a safe space to ask the hard questions, reach out for support and learn from others’ experiences.
This is a five-week program, designed to take you to Christmas (your last module will be delivered the Saturday before). However, as you will have access to all of this for life, you can take as long as you need to.
